Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evolution TCG. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process and ship your orders.


1. Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Preorders will ship around the official release date or as soon as stock arrives from our distributors. Estimated release dates are listed on the product pages but are subject to change.

  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size/weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.

We primarily ship with:

  • DHL Express (fast, tracked, international delivery)

  • PostNL (standard domestic and international options)


3. Domestic Shipping (Netherlands)

  • Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • All shipments include tracking.

  • Local pickup is not available at this time.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to the EU, the U.S., Canada, UK, South America, Asia, and more.

  • Delivery time depends on the destination and chosen shipping service.

  • Most DHL Express orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery in some countries.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all international shipments.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU customers do not pay additional duties.

  • Outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Preorders

If your order includes preorder items, your entire order will ship once all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been shipped and scanned by the courier, we are no longer responsible for its handling. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll do our best to assist you and file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
