Return & Refund Policy

At Evolution TCG,
, we value your satisfaction and aim to be as transparent as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our return and refund process, including important information about pre-orders and international orders.


1. EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country where mandatory consumer laws apply, you may have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

To start a return:
Please email evolutiontcg.nl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s), including your order number.


2. Returns Outside the EU

For customers outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, and any country with mandatory return rights:

All sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations, except at our discretion.


3. Preorders

Some of our products are sold on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that release dates, supplier allocations, and delivery timing are not guaranteed and may change.

This means pre-order items may be:

  • Delayed

  • Reduced in quantity

  • Shipped in multiple parts

  • Fulfilled at a later time

  • Refunded if supply issues occur


4. Preorders Cancellation

For customers outside the EU / UK:

Pre-orders are final once accepted and paid.
Cancellation requests are considered only in exceptional cases and are not guaranteed.
We are not required to approve cancellations due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Price changes

  • Finding the item elsewhere

  • Market changes

For EU / UK customers:
Your legal consumer rights still apply where required by law.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either with a replacement or a refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or unsealed products (e.g., booster packs or boxes)

  • Trading card singles or collectibles

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Gift cards or store credit


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment platform

  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary

8. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.
